We are seeking a licensed Social Worker to provide complex discharge planning, psychosocial assessments, and supportive counseling services for patients and families. Will also support and give assistance to hospital staff regarding the reporting of child abuse/neglect or the abuse/neglect/exploitation of vulnerable adults.
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) and possess the ability to work with all age groups and a diverse multi-cultural patient population. Requirements include a Master's degree in Social Work and at least one year of experience in an acute-care setting. State of Maryland licensure (LGSW, LCSW or LCSW-C) is also required.
